For physicians
Small agency. Tight supervision.
We keep our caseload at what our leadership team can supervise personally. Here is how a case runs from your order to your next visit.
Staffing
- Pediatric RNs and LPNs with active Georgia licenses, BLS, background checks and health clearances
- One nurse per patient per shift. No shared assignments.
- Nurses matched to the patient’s equipment and acuity, and competency checked on that equipment before shift one
- Continuity: the same nurses on a case as far as staffing allows
- Trach and vent cases staffed only by nurses who have shown trach and vent competency
Supervision
- An RN clinical supervisor on every case
- Initial RN assessment in the home, plan of care built from your orders
- Supervisory visits on a regular schedule and after any change in condition
- RN and an owner on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Incident reporting to you and the family the same day
Documentation
- Charting every shift: vitals, feeds, meds, vent settings, interventions, escalations
- Medication reconciliation at every order change and every hospital discharge
- A summary to you on request and at recertification
- Plan of treatment renewals sent to you ahead of expiration
When something changes
The nurse follows your parameters in the plan of care. Outside them, the nurse calls the RN supervisor, then your office or the on call line, and 911 when the child needs it. The family is told every time. You get a written note within one business day.
